With this, BioMania restaurants are ranked among the top 1% on a global level, and in the top 10 restaurants in the world in the Vegan/Vegetarian Restaurants category, and as the only restaurant on the list that only works seasonally.
A delicious and sustainable story
BioMania started as the first plant-based street food in Croatia with a small house in the newly formed food court on Zlatni rat beach in Bol. In 2019, a restaurant/bistro was also opened in the center of Bol. From the very beginning, BioMania stood out with a different approach and the quality and taste of its dishes, which won over all gourmets regardless of their eating habits. Since 2021, according to guest reviews, it has dominated the gastronomic scene of the island of Brač.
