The BioMania restaurant is located at Tkalčićeva 65, and if the name sounds familiar, it’s no accident. Namely, in 2018, the first BioMania branch was opened in Bol on the island of Brač. They have a high position on the world TripAdvisor list when it comes to vegan restaurants, so it is not unusual that the recent opening of a restaurant in Zagreb has caused quite a lot of interest.
And what is it that delights the guests of this restaurant? Primarily, it is a concept based on sustainability, not only on the menu, but also in the entire business, which includes operational procedures such as energy use, waste disposal and transportation. However, the emphasis is on creating a menu based on organic, seasonal and locally available ingredients that are purchased from partners, numerous Croatian family farms.
