On Thursday, November 20th at 7 PM, Tomica Đukić, an award-winning and acclaimed chef, head cook of the Croatian national football team, will prepare a 100% plant-based, three-course dinner using ingredients from our top organic and biodynamic partners.

With the appetizer, we will serve organic Bolfan wine or biodynamic Pavino wine, according to our recommendation or your own choice.
The evening will begin with a short conversation with Tomica, who is not only an excellent chef but also a fascinating speaker with diverse knowledge, experience, and wonderful energy.
In addition to a glass of fine wine or tea, the evening will be complemented by subtle jazz music.
