BioMania uses exclusively organic ingredients, whether they are certified or sourced from trusted producers they personally know. “More than 90 percent of everything we make is from scratch, without semi-finished products. The base for many dishes consists of legumes, beans, nuts, and to a lesser extent soy, because we don’t want to rely on industrial production.”
