Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest systems of knowledge about life, health and balance. In his new book, Jadranko Miklec introduces its fundamental principles to the modern reader through accessible explanations of doshas, dhatus, agni, and the rhythms of daily and seasonal life.
Jadranko Miklec is a long-time yoga teacher, yoga and Ayurveda therapist, President of the SUN Institute for Yoga and Ayurveda, and International Secretary General of the World Academy of Ayurveda in India. For decades, he has shared his knowledge and experience through education in Croatia and around the world.
