Embark on a synesthetic exploration where your plates will be seasoned with sound!
Can we truly taste the sound? We’ll explore how the music of plants can influence your palate, enhancing textures and flavors in unexpected ways. Yes, the plants will sing for you. As masters of slow-living, listening to them may help reduce stress, open your heart, and spark creativity.
Following a unique soundscape co-created by musician Aklea Neon and the plants, you’ll enjoy a 4-course organic, gluten free, farm-to-table plant-based dinner.
From savory bites that awaken all five taste senses to celebrated BioMania classics, every dish is crafted from scratch using (as much as possible) local and seasonal ingredients.

About the Artist
Aklea Neon is a talented singer-songwriter known for her afro-soulful tunes and vibrant performances. With awards under her belt and a debut album nominated for a Porin, Aklea’s musical journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.
Recently, Aklea has been developing the sub-brand “Freqs of Nature”, a concept of intimate concerts in which she co-creates sounds, textures, rhythms and melodies with plants and acts as a translator of audio messages from the plant world of a specific micro-locality. Aklea premiered the concept of plant music at the boutique festival TOČ in Nin in 2024, and has since held 15+ successful, mostly sold-out performances in various cities in Croatia.
Freqs of nature
Aklea Neon, award-winning artist and the creative force behind Freqs of Nature, brings her pioneering concept of plant music to our space.
Using a device called Music of the Plants, Aklea connects electrodes to a plant’s root system and translates its bioelectrical signals into music. Each plant sounds different — hydrated and sunlit plants produce brighter, more vibrant tones, while shaded or thirsty ones sound softer and more introspective. “This is my quiet way of giving a voice to nature’s intelligence,” says Aklea.
